Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a straightforward refund policy. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current period
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment
- You have used fewer than 20% of your monthly credits
- The service was unavailable for more than 48 continuous hours due to our fault
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Renewal charges after the free trial period
- Accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations
- Requests made after 7 days from the payment date
- Partial months after cancellation
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hemant@evidev.tech with:
- Your registered email address
- Payment transaction ID (from Razorpay)
- Reason for refund
We will review your request within 2 working days and process approved refunds within 5–7 working days.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking as applicable).
6. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund for the remaining unused months, minus a processing fee of 10%, if cancelled within 30 days of purchase.
