EviDev LLP provides entirely digital software services. No physical goods are shipped. All products are delivered digitally and instantly upon payment confirmation.
1. Digital Delivery
All EviDev LLP products and services are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment:
- Your account is activated immediately
- You receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes
- Access to all subscribed tools is available instantly via your dashboard
- API keys (if applicable) are generated and delivered to your registered email
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Subscription activation: Immediate upon payment confirmation
- Welcome email: Within 5 minutes
- Custom setup (Business plan): Within 1–2 working days
- API credentials: Within 5 minutes of account activation
3. Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your access credentials or confirmation email within 30 minutes of payment, please:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Contact us at hemant@evidev.tech with your transaction ID
- Call us at +91-8980345981 during business hours (10am–6pm IST, Mon–Sat)
4. No Physical Shipping
As EviDev LLP deals exclusively in digital SaaS products, there is no physical shipping involved. This policy is provided for regulatory compliance purposes.
