EviDev LLP provides AI-powered SaaS tools including but not limited to:

3. User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Taxes may apply based on your location.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by EviDev LLP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

EviDev LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
